On Tuesday afternoon, our U11 football teams (A & B) played Duncombe at home. Having been without a win so far this season, our A team were desperate to break their duck. With much diligence and team work the persevered to achieve a fine 3-1 victory over a skilful Duncombe team. Our B team fought magnificently in their match and with the scores at 2-2, looked to be heading for a respectable draw. However, it was not to be and a late Duncombe goal ended the match 2-3 to our visitors.
